When we realized we needed to replace our roof and soon, I started paying attention to homes getting new roofs around town. I saw one home with a particularly attractive roof being installed, noting it was more complicated than ours (funky windows, skylights, multiple roof levels). The work area was immaculate, everyone was working (no one standing around with a coffee cup and not being productive!) and they were quiet! I stopped by and asked for a card. The business owner was available within one day to take a look at our roof and give us a quote. Having received an outrageous (triple!) quote from another company, we were quite happy with CBE's quote which included some minor repair. I asked several friends and neighbors about the price they paid for a new comparable roof recently, and CBE's was quite in line. CBE started the job the day they said they would, they were on time every day, they did not charge a penny more than quoted, they were spectacular in dealing with the city and acquiring the proper permits, the job was done in fewer than two full business days, they cleaned up the site (no leftover nails or garbage anywhere) and the job is beautiful enough that my teenage son's friends commented. You know you scored when the kids notice. I would not hesitate to recommend this business. They're terrific!
