I called C & L Gate Service for service of my door unit. They told me that someone would come out the same day to fix my unit. After I sat around all day waiting for them nobody showed up. When I called to ask why nobody showed up they were VERY rude and disrespectfull and when I questioned them on why they were being so rude when they messed up I was told "if you aren't happy with us find another company", but in a very rude manner. They screwed up and wasted my time, yet I am the one who is punished. Not right. Customer service is everything. If a company doesn't have that then they have nothing! I called another company who costs substantially more, but at least they were friendly and delivered services as promised.
