CDA Law Center has saved our home.
I Tried loan modification with Wells Fargo for 3 yrs First time I tried a modification was in 2009. I hired a law firm in Costa Mesa that promised me a loan modification. I paid $3000 up front they told me that they can help me and told me that I qualify
for a modification as long as I can pay them the $3000.00, I should get a modification. They just took my money the attorney’s office told me to stop making my payments to get modification. I was with him for 1 year; he did never do anything for me. I was
1 year behind and did not want to lose my home. I called the bank Wells Fargo, My lender on my own. I was able to get a loan modification. It was not a good modification but I was 1 year behind they threatened to sell my house. The modification they offered
me was @ 5% for 30 years I had no choice to take the modification. My payments went up by almost $400 per month. Even thought I could not afford it I took it to save my family’s house. I survived for one year; my wife and I were working 2 jobs each 6-7 days
a week almost. After one year I had surgery on my feet, I work in catering which requires 12-14 hours a day standing on my feet. Due to my surgery I went on disability for 3-4 month, loosing almost 50% of my income. So I no longer could pay my mortgage payments.
So again I went behind, then I started to look for help again, but the people I hired , called the bank and they told me that the bank would not approve a loan modification, and told me that I need to short sale my home. All these people wanted to do is to
short sale my home they had no intention of helping me to keep my home. I have 4 people living in this house, I have owned the house for 7 years. I put down a $150,000.00 down payment and I did not want to lose my home and my investment. I had to move to Las
Vegas part - time because due to the bad economy there were not enough jobs in Orange County for catering. When I moved part time to Las Vegas I still worked 2 jobs. I had a rental property in Las Vegas and a home that my family lived in Garden Grove. I hired
an attorney to help me with a loan modification for both homes again. The attorney lost my home Las Vegas and almost lost my California home, too. About April of 2012 I was so desperate to get help again I started asking the people I know if they know any
one that can help me again. One of my co-workers referred me to a real estate agent to help with my modification to save my home. She took over $4000 from me again up front, to either do bankruptcy or a loan modification. I found out that she filled some paper
work for me to file Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I was so desperate I hired her to get the modification, all she did is to file a chapter 13. When I went the court, the Trustee asked for my attorney; I was the only one in the court that did have an attorney. The
trustee asked me if I want to keep my home. I told her absolutely I want to keep house. She told me to go heir an attorney in California, bankruptcy is not the right choice for me. One day got a letter or an email from Ray Ghamsari. I was so shell shocked
I did not trust anyone and did not even want give any information about my case to him. Ray was persistent and kept calling me. He told me that because I have been ripped off so many times before, I need to check CDA’s credentials. When I saw the web sites
and the testimonials, I felt a sense of trust and comfort to @ least give my financial information to him to see if they can help me. Talking to Ray over time I began to have some trust in what he was saying. So Ray First took an application on me and did
not promise anything except that he will come back to me to tell if CDA can or cannot help me. When I spoke to Ray I felt based on his professionalism and knowledge a great sense of comfort to at least look in the process. After Ray had my case reviewed he
came back to me and told me that I do qualify for a loan modification. Then Ray told me that before I can heir CDA Law Center they have do a compliance call. In the compliance call I spoke to Tyler Bass, he reviewed my case. On the compliance call I even felt
more re- assured that CDA could help me. He was very helpful and professional; they told me the truth about the outcome and what can be expected. Even though they told me that there are no guarantees they told me I do have a good case and they will do everything
to get a me a loan modification. Ray was kind enough to come to my house In Garden Grove to bring some paper work for my wife and I to sign. Then I went ahead with the process. My processor Lupe was helpful in getting all of my documents together in my case.
Going into to the modification process, I know we had a very complicated case, but Ray and the staff @ CDA helped me through the process. I got Cyrstal Oropeza as my negotiator and she worked very diligently on my file. Cyrstal did and incredible job putting
my file together and negotiating very diligently with Wells Fargo. I feel lucky to have such a great negotiator who got me a great modification. Because of the real Estate agents mistake I had to wait 30-60 to get the chapter 13 dismissed to get a modification.
Through the whole process Ray always retuned my Calles even late @ night. I was very stressed out and did not want to lose my home. My wife did not want me to hire or pay any one else anymore, so we lose more money and our home too. She kept telling me that
we will lose our money and our home, but I had faith that CDA could help. When I spoke to Cyrstal a few days ago she told me that I got approved for the loan modification. I almost did not believe it, it has been 3 years. Here is the terms of my modification:
I owed over $685000 was paying 5% interest rate and my payments were $4373 per month. I got a great modification with principle reduction and my new payments are $2254, my monthly savings are $2119.00 per month. This is amazing now my family and I can finally
afford to live in our house with a great payments and I did not have to give Wells Fargo the $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 in back payments either. I know that it’s hard for people to trust anyone and most people just want to take your money and short sale your
house. CDA Law Center is the only trustworthy firm that you need to call. Make sure you Ask for Ray Ghamsari. I am sure that if they can help me with being behind almost 3 years and having had 2 sales date, and they saved my house, they can help you too. No
one ever really wanted to help save my home CDA did and I cannot recommend them enough and. If you want to talk a family that have been ripped off 3 times and almost lost their home, ask Ray to call me. I assure you not only you can trust them but I know that
if anyone can help you Ray Ghamsari and CDA is it, please don’t trust anyone else.
