I have been trying to resolve my medical bill. They were understanding at first, while I tried to get the amount re-billed (re-coded) by the doctor. I finally found that I was responsible for the amount. I called to arrange payments today (10/15/10) We went over my finances, and they said that I was not allowed to make payments because we still had too much money left per month. I tried calling back, after looking over my bills a little better, to tell them about a bill I forgot to mention, and some other errors. They would no longer answer my calls. No voice mail, the phone just rang and rang. I was talking to Patty. I kept trying to call, and when the receptionist would answer, she would be laughing like "oh, she is calling again!! Ha Ha Ha" Now how am I supposed to resolve this?
