I nearly had a heart attack when I saw that I was PAST DUE on my payment to the CBC! I read the notice over and over, desperately searching for a phone number, and email... ANYTHING. It struck me that there was no contact information to plead my case for missing payment.
...So I googled. Nothing.
I called "We The People" on Lincoln Blvd. in Venice, and Bruce (awesome guy, these people have helped me and my partner set up our LLC without much headache) said immediately "It's a scam. Throw it away."
I am APPALLED that these people are scamming new businesses! It costs ALOT of money to start up a company... do not give these scum bags your money!!!
