Today (10/12/2009) I sold a Krugerrand at C.N.I. I rate this company as "five-star excellent" in all respects. Their sales personnel were very courteous, helpful and professional, and the prices they offer were better than I was able to find anywhere else in the Los Angeles area, after researching this quite carefully. Specifically, they paid me in full in cash the up-to-the-minute spot-price for an ounce of gold, with no transaction fees or hidden costs. Also, I was able to do this on a walk-in basis at their Inglewood office, without having to ship the gold coin to someone. The transaction was completed in about five minutes. This was the first time I had sold a gold coin so I was anxious about the procedure involved but I found them very helpful and informative and I was not pressured in any way. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the service this company provided and highly recommend them to others interested in selling or buying gold coins.
