Leaving Cal Oaks

Cal oaks has very poor customer service. They fail to respond to problems for repairs and will lie to cover up an error. This is a company that should be given a short chain. The handymen that they use will not fix your problem. We had our sink broken by their handyman and after two months of it leaking we called in a plumber on our own. We deducted the cost from the rent and they had a cow. Beware of them. We lived with them for three years and had nothing but problems.
