I received a cold call from this company wanting to perform services in my home. The representative who called me was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I took an immediate liking to her. I scheduled an appointment, but later had to cancel it. When I tried to call the company to cancel, I was unable to get through to anyone using the phone number I was provided. When they finally called me the night before to confirm, I was able to cancel the next day's appointment, though I wish I could have given more notice.

The representative called me again later to reschedule my appointment. She was very persistent in contacting me, as I was not able to schedule something at that time and had asked her to call me back. I was impressed by the fact that she continued to contact me over a period of a few months to try to set something up, as I can be difficult to get a hold of. The only thing that concerned me is that, each time I tried to contact the company to set something up, I was unable to get through to anyone using the phone number that had been provided. I told my representative about my problem, and she seemed surprised, but still, the problem continued.

My last contact with the company occured when I had set up my most recent appointment with them. I was unsure if I would be able to keep the appointment, but I wanted to set something up, as I knew how difficult it might be to get a hold of them. On the day of my appointment, I became concerned about my ability to contact them, since I wanted to be able to have some recourse, should I be unhappy with the service.

A friend of mine suggested that I look the company up on BBB's website before having any work done. Once I did so, I was not terribly surprised to see the "F" rating they had received and decided, at that point, to cancel my appointment and not do business with them. I tried to call the number again, to no avail, but then I noticed that BBB had a different number listed. When I called that number, I got through immediately. I spoke with a man and left a message for my phone representative to call me, and I also let him know I would not be able to keep my appointment with them today. The man on the phone began to yell at me, telling me that they would not be contacting me any longer since I don't know what I want. He did not ask me why I was cancelling. He continued yelling at me and then hung up on me. This rude treatment, combined with the companies BBB history, is what prompted me to write this review.
