WORST SERVICE EVER

Their junior executive called, we fixed up a time for 10:00 am next morning. I blocked my calender and then received no call at all. They called me at 3:00pm and when I asked about the 10:00am appointment, a ridiculous answer came out "I was busy with another client". Atleast an apology or an informational email saying that the appointment is rescheduled would have been great. And then he says I dint think you will be interested in in our service and hangs up !!!
