Camp Shi'ini, run by the incomparable co-owners Noah and Peter Kazanjian, in the beautiful Pasadena area offers children ideal summer fun through arts, drama, outdoor activities, and most of all friendship. For eight years my boys have considered summer
synonymous with Camp Shi'ini. They have grown up looking forward to the next American Indian tribe they would be a part of. They love riding in the camp vans that take them to and from unique areas in Pasadena for horse back riding, archery and swimming. The
counselors are engaging and caring. The program spans across age levels and has special hike days, beach days, and park days. There is a story line acted out by the counselors with elaborate costumes that allow the kids to cheer on their favorite characters
and participate in helping them by finding clues to the summer mystery that must be solved. The Kazanjian brothers do it right. They clearly have a passion for Camp Shi'ini and make summer an extraordinary experience for all campers.
