I cannot express how satisfied I am with the great service that Cardinal provided for my family. I relocated from Burbank, CA to Seattle, WA. Everything went so great since the beginning I think it was because I got great communication with my sales representative. Susan was fantastic, she spent so much time with me, going over through my list of items, making sure that I understood the process of moving and she answered all my questions, I was able to communicate with her through the entire process. Most important, the moving day came and I was very pleasantly surprised, movers arrived on time, Jimmy and his crew were fantastic, they did a great job packing my belongings to make sure that they arrive safely to my new residence, I was surprise on how much dedication they put on packing my antiques, it seemed that they took care of my items as if they were theirs and that made me feel very comfortable. Jimmy and his crew worked really hard, non-stop and I was very happy. Speaking about the customer service team, I was always able to get in touch with them and ask them for updates in regards to my shipment, they were always so attentive with me. Now, the day that I was waiting for, my items finally arrived in Seattle, Avi did a good job, he checked all the items in the inventory to make sure that everything arrived, at that point everything seemed fine, I finally finish unpacking all my items, and I am very pleased to say that all my items arrived safely, none of them were broken, even my antiques came in perfect condition. My relocation went so smooth that it was almost effortlessly, I am very happy that I worked with a great team of professionals that knows what they are doing. My family and I are very thankful for and outstanding service. Thank you Hercules Moving Systems, definitely I would totally recommend this company to all my friends and family, you guys are awesome and you guys got yourselves a customer for life.
