I hired Cardinal Moving to relocate me from Hawaii Kai, HI to London. I can say that I had a good service. I called in to request a quote and Christopher their representative assisted me, he explained the move process, paperwork that was going to be handled and pricing. I received a courtesy phone call one day before the move to clear up any lingering questions and confirm the date. On moving date, Oren and his team arrived and was very quick and efficient to pack up all of my belongings into the truck (wrapped the TV, mattress, dressers, and my glass top table) The final bill came out to be exactly the same as the estimate so on that part I was very satisfied because I didn’t have to encounter any unpleasant surprises, however I must say that when I finally received my belongings here in London, I was very unhappy when I unpacked my glass top table and I found that the glass broken. I immediately contacted them about the issue, well they send me a glass specialist here in London in about 2 days after I called, since the damage was beyond repair, Cardinal paid for the cost of the replacement of the new glass for my table. Overall I had a good experience, even though they damage the glass from my table, their response to my claim was pretty fast so I am satisfied.
