I just wanted to take the time to write you a BIG THANK YOU for making my move so smooth.
During the weeks leading up to my move, even before I had chosen Cardinal, you were always there and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I appreciated how flexible and patient you were with me while I resigned from my job, a process that took longer than I expected. I thought your process of quoting based on a list of items was very efficient and effective. I liked how I didn't have to set up a time consuming home visit for you to check out all of my things before giving me a quote. Once I decided on Cardinal I appreciated you tailoring the contact with me so that I was comfortable with the terms. I chose Cardinal partly because the bid was competitive, but mostly because of your superior customer service skills and pro activeness.
The pick up of my items went smoothly! I was able to enjoy coffee with a friend while your guys packed up my things and I was able to hit the road to California that day, ahead of schedule! The delivery was even better, ahead of schedule. I was surprised how quickly my things arrived considering we used Bee kin's for our move last time and they took weeks! Va dime and his partner moved everything in my house perfectly and were so nice and friendly. I really was so pleased with the whole process, you guys are the best.
