NIGHT MARE MOVE 2013

STILL AWITING MY DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM FORM ! We hired these clowns in Hawaii and were going to originally move to Grass Valley, California. We were assured that It would be no problem and was quoted a price before they even took a look at our belongings
we explained that we had a three bedroom house and a den we agreed on the price and awaited there response in Hawaii, no one ever showed up to check the size of the load or anything like that,we were given a date to coincide with our leaving date.2 days before
we were leaving they show up to pack and ship our goods, they charged us more cause they said we were oversize we had to pay an extra amount of money. I wrote them, the delivery guys a check and informed them to deposit quickly as if they held on to it the
account may be closed as we were leaving they called there supervisor and explain it to him was told no problem, they packed carelessly I may say and took all day, 3 guys, they packed everything into a cubicle size and charged me for 300 cubic feet, and away
our goods went. they packed and wrap everything ,except for the 20 boxes that we packed shipping boxes bought from a hardware store taped and labeled by our family, away everything went from Hawaii to California. We waited and waited and waited in grass valley
California for our goods after almost a month we called and was told that our check had bounced and we had to pay cash or certified check to receive our goods, we did as was told . And waited the delivery in Grass Valley California. When we called again they
said they could not find it on the map. Needless to say I lost my job in grass valley cause the shipment contain my tools and equipment. Now we changed our plans and moved to Arizona. We notified them and was told no problem and ask if we had to pay any extra
expenses. we were informed no problem. After moving to Arizona securing a house we waited for our goods, they picked up our goods in Hawaii April 9,2013. I still had a certified check for them foe the remainder of the total to Grass Valley California $845.00,
they never came to Grass Valley.I called and informed them of my new address in Arizona, at this time I was dealing with a nasty person who said my things were in Oakland area and they were going to charge me my fee to grass valley and a new fee to Arizona,
I was furious but what could I do. I had to scramble and get more money and had to wait till they were ready to deliver now. I finally received my goods on June 10 2013. Damaged Missing Broken just the way we saw it as it left our house in Hawaii NOT!!!!!.We
watched my nephew and I as the threw things out the side door of the delivery truck, taking video. When we approach them they stopped and said they needed to collect 2 checks certified for the delivery to California and the delivery to Arizona I paid them
they dropped my goods minus a few things ,boxes, tools. the driver said this is what he picked up it was no longer in a cubicle. I could not blame him but I was so So upset my office chair was demolished, my computer smashed, my metal desk legs bent all my
picture frames broken, here it is July 26 and I still await my Claim forms for damaged goods needless to say they don't want to deal with me and I went to the office listed on the delivery forms here in Phoenix and there's no one ther go figure recommend them
sure if you don't mind problems. One star only cause I have too.....
