Caremore Las Vegas/Henderson is terrible

If you are thinking of joining the Medicare supplement plan Caremore, please think again!! Their slick talking saleswoman will promise you the moon. You will NOT get Silver Sneakers, and their 'new' exercise room on flamingo is a joke, with no machines available.
The doctors are substandard and rude. When I made a complaint because one doctor treated me badly, I was 'banned' from their offices. What a joke!! They will not refill prescriptions. They cannot see you in a timely manner. The telephone receptionists are rude and there are long wait times. The care they give is fragmented. The general practitioners are horrible and I'm on my fourth one in three months. I should have stayed with my ex-health plan!! In my ten years of having a Medicare supplement program, this is the worst and their treatment of me has been just unacceptable. I'm thinking of suing them for emotional distress.
So if you're considering these people think again, as it's the bottom of the barrel as far as health plans go. If I could give them a minus five stars, I would.
