Ive never had a problem with casa linda before. I bought my bedroom furniture in Los Angeles, ca 90021. THe only problem I currently have with them is that they are willing not to resolve my mattress problem. I mattress worn off inless than 2 years. Its a Serta, and the sales Rep. Said to me it was going to last me a long time. I call Casa Linda explain the situation and they sent someone out to my house and it so happens that casa linda refuses to replace my mattress, I paid over $1,000 dollars. The reason why they wont fix it, its because its dirty. Was i suppose to keep it on a plactic cover the whole time. I had move 3 times already. I have kids as well. Im not a pig. But dont expect things to last for ever CASA LINDA. Im outraged to find out that the reason why they wont do anything its because its not clean. So basically i had to preserve it brand new since day one, and i was told that once your mattress its not up to their expectations i loose the warranty. In conclusion im stuck with a mattress that has giving me back pains because the springs keep poping up and get stuck, thank casa linda. I dont recommend it, now its time to make my complaint to BBB and consumer Affairs. Justice has to be made!
