This place has the rudest manager. I called about a problem with a piece of furniture. The manager (so she said she was) got very rude and mouthy with me. I would ask her a question and she answered it with an attitude then when I would confirm her answer she would contradict herself. I will never buy at this place again I will spread the word in the area not to buy from these location! It's the Washington Blvd location. I called the East Los Angeles location and they were able to assist me better then Washington location. BOOOOO to this location!!!

Do you remember the name of the manager that treated you rudely? Sandra is the store manager at the Downtown store and she is extremely sweet. How is your atittude?
