Extremely Professional, Helpful, and On Top Of Everything

I contracted Swede to finish a tile roof installation in October 2011 after I had terminated the initial roofing company that started the roof and that was giving me the runaround (e.g., unexpected costs, time delays, last-minute switches in products, very slow to return my calls, etc.). As most roofing companies I reached out to were very reluctant to start work on a job that had already been started by another company, Swede went ahead with the job and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out of the bind I was in.
I found Swede to be extremely professional, helpful, and on top of everything. They were quick to come out and look at the roof to provide me with a thorough explanation and quote of what needed to be done. I had specific concerns and requests as to a couple aspects of the roof, and Swede was more than willing to accommodate those requests. The actual time to begin and complete the roof was right on target with their estimated time. Furthermore, their quote was right on target too. Both Jonathan and Jennifer were always available to answer my questions or to provide me with an update on how things were progressing.
Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and competence of Swede Roofing. They exceeded my expectations and demonstrated that there are great contractors out there who care about their business and the service they provide for their customers. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone that needs roof work done.
