HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE COMPANY, WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE WARNED US ABOUT CASHCALL!! yes they talk to you very nicely but their low advertised rates are a scam they dont lock the rate(even though they tell you and make you believe that the low rate is locked)
so you are at the mercy of the rate fluctuations. by the time you have spent all the time and energy you are surprised and are offered a higher rate instead. if you had chosen a different broker/mortgage company you probably would have locked and closed instead.
this has happened to me 3 times in last 8 months./ it is very frustrating. and you cant get a hold of upper management to let them know.
