You really went above & beyond in so many ways

I want to send my very big thank you's to you and you staff, I did not get all their names but a few that I did were Drew Brandmeier and Sebastian Harrison, for your expert service in ensuring all of our cell phone needs were met for my son during his 5 1/2 month study abroad adventure in Europe, (We live in So Cal, which is part of how I chose your company as also So Cal office). You really went above & beyond in so many ways, including helping him get hooked up with Ortel's registration early on and getting their minute special started. I had many calls and a few e-mails with and from you guys and your patience and care made a huge difference in my comfort level and confidence in knowing he was just a cell phone call away with a phone that worked and if I needed help I could get through to someone who would help. His German SIM worked perfectly for him, his talk abroad was a little trickier and so he wasn't as happy with it but it was fine enough most of the time. I'm not sure exactly what was tricky for him but in some places he said it didn't work as well so he used the Germany SIM instead.
We don't have any plans for any immediate travel plans outside of the country but if/when we do we will surely look you up. Thank you again.
