I am writing this review for Cellular Abroad based on an experience that I had recently during a trip to Europe. I bought a cell phone that works all over Europe (National Geographic cell phone) and, unfortunately, it was lost the first day I arrived in Italy. I called up Cellular Abroad to tell them to deactivate the service. While speaking with the rep, I told him what a nightmare this was as I was supposed to meet several family members in Italy and, the phone number they were supposed to reach me one was the one that was stolen! Cellular Abroad was actually able to replace the cell phone for me WITH the same phone number that I lost. They sent it from their office in Italy and I got it the next day. What really blew me away (and I was willing to pay them with my right leg at this point) was that they only charged me for shipping. They basically saved me from going all the way to Rome only to not be able to hook up with my family. Thanks guys!!!
