i will say that this company has very nice employees, namely the supervisor i bought my National Geographic phone from but he's not there anymore. first off, the phone was a piece of junk... i could have bought an unlocked blackberry off of eBay and bought several sim cards to use in it for the price they charged me. i also bought a sim card for Italy and France since I was studying abroad there and: 1) the Italy sim had expired and there was nothing they could do about it but give me a refund and tell me to go buy another one there; 2) i had to register the French sim card myself and it was extremely difficult to understand (thankfully that supervisor i bought the phone from spoke French and was able to get me my number but, like i said, he's not there anymore). this was a really bad experience and i think National Geographic should think twice about this contract with Cellular Abroad. i'm going back to Europe this summer (England, France, Italy, Switzerland & Germany) and i'm going to look into Telestial.
