I bought the "High-Tech" policy which includes powertrain and standard coverage so I thought there was very little left uncovered, wouldn't you know that the first issue is something NOT covered...thats not the problem I had with this company. When I called and ended up dealing with "Tony" the customer service rep, I realized what a mistake I made buying from this company. He was condescending as all get out. I asked him to send me a copy of the covered parts of the car and I got "i don't do that here". I explained that I was at work, the policy was at home. When I asked him to send me to someone who could scan & email or fax me a copy of what I HAD BOUGHT FROM THEM, he went right to the "stop shouting at me" line when I was not even close to raising my level. CLASSIC! Their web site does not offer areas to email complaints and my message sits in Enrique's (the "supervisor") voicemail. Good luck!
