Same issue as another customer, fuel level chip is inside the gas tank on the fuel pump, not covered after 400 dollars of labor to find it, apparently they pick and choose what they want to cover. Did not cover the air conditioner pulley although they say its covered, they call it something else to avoid payment. What a total rip off these people are and the people at their office claim they only administer the contract. I had a squeal under the hood which was told to me by the dealership to be the air conditioner pulley but it mysteriously morphed into the tension pulley which is not a covered item. I will be contacting the BBB and the dealership who sold me the contract. Please people do not do business with these people and look at the complaints before considering a contract. The GMC dealership where I took it for repair said all of my issues are covered in their contract without hassle and paying for services that are discretionary and cause alot of out of pocket expenses.
