Not too happy with this company right now! My shower door has never been installed properly. I had a 4K shower door put in and it leaks about 5 gallons of water onto the Bathroom floor. I have used the shower 4 times in 3 years. I travel a ton so I have just dealt with it and put it off. I contacted CSD and they are refusing to fix the door without a cost. They came out within the one year of the warranty and took pictures of the water damage to the ceiling downstairs, however they have never fixed it. Their supervisor Gary took the pictures and they were supposed to have contacted me to have the work corrected, which they never did. I have now been dealing with a different guy @ CSD that wants to charge me to come out to fix the problems that were never fixed in the first place! As far as I am concerned, this is piss poor service!
