"I would rate Chapter Group's customer service a perfect 10. My experience with Chapter Group was great. The account manager I spoke with was very knowledgeable about how to form an LLC and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The process was quick an easy and the next day I received the documents confirming the registration of my new LLC with the state. Again my account manager called me to make sure I got all the documents and if everything was okay. I like that kind of customer care. I would recommend Chapter Group to my friends, family members even my clients."
