Many thanks to Debbie. I would not want to have her following me if I was trying to hide ;-)
She persisted for a MONTH to speak *in person* to a dodgy HR staffer. Her email updates to me were sometimes posted from her phone and at night. I feel I did not pay enough for this sevice. Seriously, how often can you say that?
For the first case, she responded back within 48 hours and provided that she had talked with the HR gatekeeper (who has a very unusual name). I was impressed as I had not listed any HR names, just the company number. For the second, as you read above, she crashed through the voice-mail gates until she reached a live person, who just happened to be the Exec HR. What a warrior. I am reassured though, that as professional as she was with me that she was equally so with the HR contacts.
Bear in mind, I only ordered the most basic service. I feel I got so much more in return.
In the end, I got to hear what a potential employer might hear if they called my past employers for a verification. The relief that this provided is priceless.
Top-notch. This service is is solid. Debbie, you are the best!
