checkworks is ridiculous!

I just got off the phone with checkworks, and they are awful. My checks were shipped on 02/02/2012, and I still do not have my checks. I would think that they were a big enough company to allow for better shipping methods.
This is my last order to checkworks. Does anyone know of a reliable check printing company, otherwise, I will buy them from my bank.
