I had a child support order that was way too high, for a long time. I paid as much as I could but the arrears kept piling up. I felt like I was in prison, for a large portion of my life. When I saw the review for Child Support Survival Services I thought it was a scam, because I was so used to being taken advantage of. I carefully read reviews and decided to go for it, as I really needed help.
Nancy, the Angel, quickly got in touch with me and asked for the paperwork regarding my case. She is very clear and concise. She told me what to do, and I did it. I got my paystubs, old tax forms, whatever she asked for. She diligently filed paperwork on my behalf and took my emotion out of the process, as I have alot of it. She kept me informed throughout each step.
Long story short, my arrears were at 37,650 with the department of Child Support. They just contacted me and offered a settlement of 3,650 dollars, and I just can't believe it. Finally I can open a bank account, and live like a normal person. Nancy is absolutely fantastic, and does exactly what she says she will do. It's a good feeling to know someone is there to help.
