They took $3500 from us last year, the modification was supposed to be done within 3 months, I did not happen. In April I began getting upset, asked for a refund but they mentioned the loan was with the underwriter, in August I called & discovered, the Bank changed qualifications, again ASKED for my money back. In August I spoke to Linda, Keith & others & the money should be refunded within 60 days, and by that time the phones were disconnected.
