Dear Lorio,
Upon review of your account I see your original order was placed on 6.30.2010 through the website for Perfect Pigment 1. On 7.15.2010 you customized future shipments online. On 7.19.2010 you called customer service and changed the 9.22.2010 auto delivery shipment to the Perfect Pigment 2, and customized again for 365 days thereafter. One year later we shipped your second auto delivery of Perfect Pigment 2 per your customization specifications. Your account was canceled when you called customer service on 9.27.2011. It is noted in the account that you said you were going to keep the products. Then you called again on 9.29.2011 and agreed to the refund amount and decided to return the products. We accepted your returned merchandise and refunded the credit card on file as promised despite the terms of service agreement on the website.
In light of any possible miscommunication we will wave and refund the restocking fee. Shipping and handling is always the responsibility of the customer as outlined in the Terms of Service. You have now been refunded for the full amount of the purchase price.
