This company could care less if you stay or go!

This is not the way to run a successful business! I never do this but I decided to write a review because I got off the phone with customer service (Melissa) over an hour ago and I am still baffled/mad. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 2 years. I have bought and kept multiple compacts of different pigments, trying to find the right color before settling on a custom compact. In the past they have been so helpful. But today I needed 2 issues addressed so I can finally find the color that really works. Melissa was not helpful nor understanding of what I needed help with. You would think they would want to keep a customer like me and help me out so I continue to give them business. I was so frustrated that I told her to just cancel my membership and I am done. This truly saddens me because I really love this makeup and have not found anything as good. At the end, Melissa said, in her sweetest voice ever that she would cancel my auto-ship and "If you have any questions or need help in the future, give us a call." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! What was I just on the phone with you about? I needed help then! I really hope someone higher up reads these reviews. On other responses they said all calls are recorded, so I hope they can listen to mine (Wed, 2/12/14, @ 3:27). This is absolutely absurd.
