I started doing business with this company back in early 2010. This company has failed to deliver what was promised. I have done research and this firm has been ripping people off left and right. I truly hope Mr. Christopher Persaud gets disbarred.
I am happy to say that I have been working with another firm that takes a different approach. They give me the opportunity to work with my lender and have complete control throughout the entire process. They have armed me with some tools that is helping me restructure my loan at a much faster rate. They seem to have a very professional staff and are eager to solve the problem. Their name is ARMADA GUIDANCE. I will keep everyone posted upon completion.
