Dear Better Business Bureau of New Mexico:
My parents and I were pleased to find City Different Fence Co. an A+ member of the BBB. We certainly have been pleased with Mr. Carlos Archuleta, his crew, and the Coyote Fence that they designed and installed.
Mr. Archuleta produced a written Proposal of Work (POW) in a timely fashion after visiting the home site. We compared the POW's fencing materials, work rate, and design of the proposed fence with other contractors and found his to offer the optimal value for our investment. City Different also provided my parents with applicable senior and veteran discounts.
The work commenced as scheduled with Mr. Archuleta providing oversight and working in tandem with his crew. On the approximately two occasions that work needed to be suspended, due to prior appointments, Mr. Archuleta communicated this with us.
The Coyote Fence was completed on schedule, functions as we envisioned, and looks marvelous. We are particularly impressed with how Mr. Archuleta exceeded the scope of work. When it was mentioned to him that metal caps were desirable on the metal poles for a "finishing look," he purchased them and installed them without requesting reimbursement. He also offered and provided tree care to the mature and ailing trees on the premises.
We are impressed with City Different Fence Company and highly recommend it to other New Mexicans.
