I have to say that the support and training I have received from Claimtek has been nothing but amazing. The trainers were knowledgeable, easy to talk to and flexible.
Here lately I’ve been working with Bobby, Nizar and Raji and they have been incredibly supportive. . Any questions I have are answered. They respond timely to my calls and messages, and they have so much patience and understanding.
I recently needed to register my business phone to be able to send and receive SMS text messages. Per the service provider, my website needed to have a privacy policy link. Raji was available to get it done and the link was accepted by my service provider. It looks wonderful!
Nizar is providing additional marketing training as my confidence has not been as strong as I need it to be to make calls and set appointments.
Bobby has been available to walk me through situations as they arise and has continued to encourage me and cheer me on.
I feel so much more confident after speaking or training with them. I truly do not feel like I’m doing this by myself. I really do have a team and we’re going to build my business together.
