I found this company from the BBB website and chose this company based on the AAA rating and my initial call to them was friendly and within 3 min of my call the designer called to schedule an appointment. Roberta was the designer that came to our home on time and listened to our needs and quickly drafted a design for our 3 closets using her laptop and CAD software she quickly presented and printed up the design with pricing. My wife and I were impressed as we had 2 other bids from 2 other companies prior to call them and we were both sold on hiring this vendor for our needs.
A few days later the owner called to schedule a install date and again I was impressed with that as the designer stated it may take up to 2 weeks to install. They followed up with a confirmation and reminder letter of the up coming install and how to prep for the install which to me was impressive as I use to do the same format letter when I ran a business years ago. They always stay in contact as the installer confirmed by phone 2 days before he was to come and asked me if I had any questions.
The installation went very fast and he did a very good job neat and clean, and the closets system exceeded my expectation.
I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again to build my home office.
