I am totally disgusted with this company. I have worked with this company since oct. 2010. In january 2011 my house went into foreclosure and my processor claimed she had no idea that it went into forclosure. I could literally write a book on all my complaints. I will say that the company is willing to work with you on payment arrangement ( since their fee is outrageuos!!!) however when they take payments out of your bank without authorization, they do not refund you. Every person you talk to will tell you something different and just when you feel comfortable with the processor assigned to your case, BAM she no longer works there. Happened twice so far since october. Unfortunately I am stuck working with this company because they already have my $2800.00. Their motto is" you wont regreat this when its all said and done" Hopefully they are right bc right now, I TOTALLY REGRET CHOOSING THEM!!!
