Having gone through the process of purchasing three homes, refinancing two of them, and applying for my first loan, Coastal Pacific Lending was by far the best! They answered all of my questions and explained the steps in a way that I could understand. In addition, they were able to find me rates that I couldn't believe for my most current refinance and loan. Before I knew about Coastal Pacific, I called my credit union thinking their rate was reasonable. Once a friend told me about them and gave them a call, they were able to find a rate within two days that blew the credit union's out of the water! Finally, they kept me up to date about my loan application and re-fi process, allowing me to deal with only one person...her. There was not a moment that I didn't know where we stood in the process. they even responded to the few questions I had during a weekend. I have never done a review for anyone before, but feel that I owe it to Coastal Pacific Lending to give all of my praises. Give them a call!
