I would give 10 stars to Coastal Pacific Lending rather than 5 stars. Coastal Pacific was friendly, honest, supportive, trustworthy, exceptional and professional throughout the refinancing process. After trying so many times trying to refinance when the real estate bubble burst, they were the ones that reached out and came through. They were supportive of me every step in the refinance process. My rep was the single point of contact, rather than having several people to answer calls, questions and problems. He immediately responded to my calls and my questions patiently whether it was after work hours or on the weekend. He ensured we were comfortable by offering various options on refinancing and was very clear as to which option was best for my situation. His staff was also very friendly and efficient.
