I've been buying cabinets from Kitchen & bath depot over 1 year as a general contractor. I have to say when I first get the quotation for one of my projects I was a little concerned. Simply because the price was so much lower comparing to products I used to get from homedepot. I was skeptical because i don't want to purchase some low quality products to ruin my reputation in front of my customers. I visited their facility and was very satisfied both by the quality of their product and also the service they provided. Most importantly, I no longer need to wait for 4-6 weeks to receive the products, I can pick up the order right away. This is definitely a big plus for me.
Also, i had really bad experience with exchange and getting replacement from the big home improvement chain. Working with Kitchen bath depot is just so much easier. I am not saying their product quality is the best on the market, but it's certainly the best valued product I've purchased.
