Terrible Exerience.
I signed up with this company it took over 3 weeks to get setup. The operators have a pretty thick Spanish / Cuban accent. They had a power outage due to a hurricane, which they seemed to have no power backup. After bad service for a couple months we decided to cancel. They sent a collections notice for thousands of dollars. Beware they will trick you into signing a "contract" by fax, which the corner of the fax will be cut off. in this corner they will try to force a 1 year contract and bill you for it if you cancel. The good news, this company is a fake it does not exist in any legal file nor do they have anything to do with telefonica USA.
Stay far away.
