Although I was skeptical at first using them with their upfront fees, we were able to get my loan cash out refinance completed. My property was a difficult one due to its remote location and has gotten turned down by multiple providers but Commercial lending USA was able to get it done! The loan took a little longer than anticipated to complete due to its location, honestly started to lose hope it would even go through, but Rayan and Erick continued pushing through and got us to the finish line.
