I actually dealt with the Los Angeles office, but it is the same company. My tri-plex in Gardena was 6 months past due on its mortgage payments and I was being threatened with foreclosure. Commercial Loan Consultants was able to get payments lowered to where I could afford them and the interest rate reduced to 2% for 5 years. I was treated very courteously by the CLC staff (special thanks to Veronica Taylor and Nora!!) and everything was done in less than 60 days. Without the competent, professional assistance of CLC I would surely have lost my property to foreclosure. I am very happy with the results Commercial Loan Consultants was able to obtain for me.
