We were having a hard time keeping current with our mortgage due to hard times and family emergencies. I tried myself to negotiate with our mortgage company with no luck. I searched the internet and stumbled across this company and thought what could it hurt to try one last thing. Eric contacted me immediately and he got on it right away. With the foreclosure rates being so high right now all the companies are very bogged down so it took a little time to get an answer from our mortgage company. Usually in a sitution like this I would have freaked out but Eric and Lilly reassured me throughout the waiting period that everything was going to be alright. When we got word they accepted a modification from us, we had a family crisis and had to dip into the money we had saved back. Eric went right to work and got us an extension. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and no one looked down on us for being in the situation we were in. I felt very comfortable with Community First Finance handling this for my family and I. They helped to save our home and I owe them much gratitude. I will refer everyone I know to them.
