This Person left there Net book in my office for 90 day with no payment. We mailed and called them 5-18-11, 6-29-11 and got no called back , this all started on 4-8-11, We sent a letter stating it was considered abandoned if not pick up this week . The service was only 75.00 to reload windows and apps on net book Flat rate good deal? And 25.00 per month for being left over 90day in my office .The Client paid and wrote this review. On there work order it states a 25.00 late fee will be applied to the invoice per month if not picked up after 7 days also, anything left over 15 days is considered abandoned.
