I strongly endorse Computer Doctors. I had what I thought was a bug, and lost ALL MY DATA; even the backup was corrupted. I took it to another shop which charged me almost $150.00 just to clean the bug, but said it would be up to $1,000 to recover the data!! I also called & emailed a lot of other places, and all of them gave outrageous quotes and said they would have to hold my computer for 5 to 7 days. Since this was my work computer, that would have really put a crimp in my business. I found Computer Doctors on the BBB website, took my computer in, and after just a couple hours, Alex called and told me it was just a registry problem, and that he would probably be able to recover my files by the next day. He called the next afternoon, and VOILA! All my files are restored 100%!! AND charged only $100.00 to do it. Very, very happy with the service, price, attention, etc. Frankly could not recommend them more.
