I recently had a problem with a PC. My family photo and videos were on the hard drive the only thing that really mattered. The computer would not start at all, my wife and I were so worried that they were lost. I found the computer repair shop online and went in with my PC. The service was exceptional, I was helped right away and it is very rare these days you encounter service with a smile, but that is what I got! I was not made any promise that my info was recovered, but was insured that the techs would do everything they could to recovery my families memories. I appreciated the help that i got. 1 week later i got a call to come in and pick up my computer and all the memories over these past years we have had. Thank you Computer Repair Shop for helping me and my family!
