I would like to express my pleasure and my gratitude to Consumer Advocates and Associates. We came to California on what was originally supposed to be a six month period to help our son with a Custody Issue concerning my granddaughter. We own a home in Florida and thought we had reliable renters--long story short--they stopped paying rent--trashed our house and left the house and us behind in the mortgage.
