My experience dealing with this company was a Total nightmare:

- They missed 2 windows of 2 days each to pick up my car. I had to call them to find out. The pick up was delayed 8 days. When inquiring why, they lied about the truck having broken down, would not provide est. repair date telling me the truck was already in my city. Jeff lied about being the business owner and was rude. He gave me the name of a repair shop that does not exist here.

- Later on, Johan, who also claimed to be the owner indicated that the truck had actually some regulation problems and they had to unload all cars and that they would have to send another truck. When inquiring for more info, he repeatedly was rude and hung up on me several times.

-Continental ended up hiring another company to transport my car, but offered them (without discussion/agreement/signature with me) to pay the new Co. $ 150.00 more. Trucker did not discussed this with me before pick-up either. After pick-up, Trucker and Continental auto Movers tried to hold my car hostage (demanding that I pay difference COD - in cash)or would not deliver car. Trucker threatened not to release my car at destination and charge $0.50 per mile traveled on truck - until I pay the difference.

-Johan at Continental (who would not provide last name) eventually asked me to pay trucker the $ 150. and offered that he would refund me at the end of month. I asked him to put this in writing (email) he agreed but never followed up with email, nor refund. Since I refused to pay without promissory note, Trucker has called me and harassed me demanding payment or suing me, even when I have sent him a copy of my agreement and cost and even when he knew he had an agreement with Continental for a higher amount, but not with me.

My experience has been that of dealing with a group of mean, incompetent, abusive clowns, amongst other problems. They believe that once your car has been picked up and in their custody, they can hold it hostage and abuse you, by cornering you into paying more and lower your expectations of service.
