I recently ordered several parts for my patrol gear. These were in stock and delivered promptly. While placing the order, I mentioned I was looking for a recommendation for a flashlight. I found them to be very knowledgeable on their products. Rather than sell me an expensive replacement flashlight, the direction I was headed and the more profitable solution for them, they recommended an much less expensive upgrade to my current light.
I have been ordering from Copquest for 3 years and have had nothing but outstanding service and support from their sales and support staff.
